Manhwa Orchestrator Dashboard is an internal tool that helps the owner run their own YouTube channels (manhwa recap videos): it reads each channel's statistics and analytics, suggests what to produce next, and uploads the owner's finished videos. It is not offered to the public; only the owner and invited test users sign in.
What the app accesses. When you connect a YouTube channel with Google sign-in, the app requests these permissions: view your YouTube account (youtube.readonly), upload videos and thumbnails (youtube.upload), and view YouTube Analytics and revenue reports (yt-analytics.readonly, yt-analytics-monetary.readonly).
How it is used. The data is used only to show the channel's performance in the dashboard, to guide content decisions for that same channel, and to upload videos the channel owner has produced. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with third parties.
Where it is stored. The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted on the owner's own server. Statistics are stored in the dashboard's private database and its encrypted backups. Short access tokens are kept in memory only.
Google API Services. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is also handled under the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Removing access. You can disconnect a channel in the dashboard, which deletes its stored token, or revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have stored data deleted, email the contact below.
The dashboard is provided as is, for the private use of the owner and invited users, who remain responsible for the content they publish on their channels and for following YouTube's policies. Access may be changed or ended at any time.
